We are currently hiring Full-time Tearista / Team Associate at our exciting location in Richmond Hill. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated & passionate people to join our team! We strive to attract employees who have an enthusiasm and passion for enthusiastic customer service and great drinks!

Having experience working with customer service, fast paced environment, food and beverage experience is an asset but not a requirement. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation and various other duties required in a cafe.

Store Location:

  • 1500 Elgin Mills Road East, Unit 106, Richmond Hill, ON L4S 0B2
  • NE corner of Elgin Mills Road and Leslie Street

Key Qualifications:

  • Food & Beverage experience considered an asset
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be available to work weekends and weekdays

Job Duties include:

  • Process cash, debit and credit card payments
  • Drink preparation
  • Routine cleaning & maintenance
  • Various cafe duties
  • Capable of lifting of up to 25 kg

Required education:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Food handler and First Aid certification considered an asset but not required

Operating Hours & Availability:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • The ideal candidates should be available a minimum of 35 hours per week and including the ability to work mornings, evenings, during the day & MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKEND & HOLIDAY
  • Opening shifts can be starting as early as 9am. Closing shifts can be ending at 12:30am.
