Responsibilities: 

* Greet guests with fast, friendly personalized service

* Have a strong working knowledge of our whole menu to help customers with their order, choosing what they would like, educating them on what we make and serve and what their options are.

* Work in a fast-paced, high volume bakery & bubble tea shop

* Prepare all menu items to standard

* Follow all company recipes and procedures

* Proficient understanding of various types of coffee, tea

* Restock shelves and coffee service area when needed

* Routinely clean coffee bar area, floor, grinders, coffee machine and removes garbage

* Set up & closing: setup coffee bar, and upon closing - carrying out heavy-duty cleaning tasks of all spaces and setting up for the following day

* Maintain health and safety standards in work areas

* Be professional, polite, and reliable

* Teamwork is a must, contributing to quick and efficient service as well as positive team morale
